It all started in 2008 with a conversation with a friend on my way to the shore. The subject of yoga had come up and all the various benefits of having a regular practice and something about that conversation stuck in the back of my head. After doing an internet search I found a yoga school I was interested in and decided I was going to give it shot. Not knowing what to expect I showed up at the yoga studio and took my first 90 minute hot yoga class and have not stopped since. Forward to early 2019 and I am now a certified yoga instructor in the Barkan Method which is a form of hot yoga much like Bikram
